History – A Family Approach
From a two-person home operation to a company staff of over one hundred, the founding principles of AM-TECH approached the business as an extension of their own family. In so doing, the company has adopted family-based values within its fabric. Today, AM-TECH maintains the principles of humility, respect and integrity in all of their business relationships and interactions with staff, clients, partners and the community.
This approach is the very heart of the company's success, and serves as the beacon for the future generations.
Commitment to Safety
AM-TECH is recognized as a leader in electrical construction safety, and is firmly committed to the health and safety of all its employees. AM-TECH staff includes dedicated safety officers who maintain and implement AM-TECH's Corporate Safety Policy across all field operations. All field staff and managers are trained in all current safety regulations consistent with the Occupational Health and Safety Act for construction projects. AM-TECH maintains active management involvement with monthly safety committee and President's forums.
AM-TECH is a five-year graduate of the Ottawa Construction Association's Safety Program, and now mentors other firms in developing internal safety policies.

Community Involvement
